Locked E-reader
Hello All I am new to the forum so my first question!
I loaded some boooks onto my reader a while ago came back to read then it said continue reading then all i get is `Protected by Digital Rights Management` and cannot get any further!!1 Can anybody help? Mick |

Sounds like a PRS-650
Quick fix - Power off the reader entirely (hod power switch for several seconds). Then power back on. You should be able to open the book, but will have lost your bookmark. Longer term fix - there is a firmware update to fix this. So to the Sony site and the Support tab. Under your model number should be the firmware update |
