To watch for "sun curves"? Not sure what the proper English expression is, but during the summer it can become so hot that the tracks becomes soft and start to expand.

He is. He's also something else which has a direct bearing on what he's bidding to reintroduce.

OK, don't want to extend this unnecessarily.

The pastor is calling for a return of some kind of monarchy in Germany - to act as a moral example. His vested interest is that he is a descendent of Kaiser Wilhelm II (although not the head of that family).

I think Fbone got more right than anybody else, so over to her.

Here's another silly riddle I couldn't figure out.

Two friends were leaving the restaurant and as they passed the cashier, one of them paid his bill but the other handed the cashier a slip of paper with the number 1004180 written on it. The cashier studied the number for a moment, and then let the friend pass by without paying. Why?
