New here: epub problem - validation

I'm trying to submit my epub file to Lulu, created in InDesignCS5, it checked out in Sigil but rejected from Lulu and validate 3 Press, it's a font issue:
WARNING: 978-1-257-08026-7.epub/OEBPS/content.opf(17)Fonts/TIMESI.TTF is an encrypted non-required entry! Epubcheck will not validate Fonts/TIMESI.TTF

These fonts are in the css file.
Direction please and thank you.

Welcome to the forum! On the main forum list page, try finding a sub forum that is closest to what you're asking. Perhaps the epub subforum? YOu'll likely get more responses from people who are familiar with your issue.

go into your Epubs font folder and rename the effected font (add01 to the end of the name). Import another copy of the font from your fonts folder and remove the original (make sure the new copy it is named exactly as the original "TIMESI.TTF"). It should validate. Fonts imported from Indesign seem to create the occasional problem like this....
