PDF2LRF contribution fund for CACAPEE!

that guy cacapee who made PDF2LRF has seriously opened up a whole new dimension for my PRS 505, i can now use it to view documents from class which were otherwise unviewable. i think we should make a fund for him to show appreciation for the program. Does anyone know how to get in contact with him?
