Troubleshooting K3 Keyboard problem!

My kindle ran into trouble yesterday. Link here.

But it fixed itself. And now the keyboard is acting up.
Firstly all I type goes in all caps. And the page next button doesn't work. It just types in "45" in the search box this happens only for the page-next on the right side. The left side is fine . The shift key types "4UG5C" the first time and "4UG" thenceforth.

This has made browsing the market impossible.

Shall I have to factory reset? In which case will I lose all my data and JB and SS hack?

Reset to factory defaults and problem persists. :|

Sounds like a hardware problem. I think you're going to have to contact Kindle CS and arrange a replacement.

"G" and "C" also enter "45"

Can I contact them over Mail? Because my cellphone does not have a international calling card.

Yes, just use the "Contact Us" option on Amazon, and choose e-mail. Or you can ask them to phone you; I think that works in most countries. Make sure that you contact KINDLE customer server and not AMAZON customer service - they're not the same people.

Replacement ordered!

After I print the prepaid slip and stick it on the package. I must only drop it at the UPS drop off,right? And it will be shipped from India to USA? Anything else?
