Question KSM doesn't include options to start built in apps.

Why is this? I was told that I'd be able to get to them via KSM but clearly there's nothing showing up on the scripts page so where's the options to get that kind of information? I don't want to have to reboot the thing to just have to go back through nickle to get to pocket.

There are no built-in "apps". Everything is part of nickel and can't be run separately.

I misunderstood your original question as asking for a confirmation that you will not loose any functionality of nickel (including pocket, and the web browser) by installing KSM.

If you bought the device directly from Kobo, the affiliate is probably "Kobo" not "rakutenbooks". Or it is set when you login. But you can check what it is set to in the affiliate.conf file.
