EPUB->PDF conversion does not consume a whole line
Calibre 5.30
When converting EPUB to PDF with varying font size and with default left/right pdf page margin (72px) and with same odd/even page offset (30px), it seems that regardless of the font size change, the content of a same line are actually the same. The expectation is that with a smaller font size, one line can contain more words. It result in plenty of blank space not being consumed. Below is a comparison of pages with 14px (left) and 12px (right) font size. Please advise what could be the reason and a possible fix. Many thanks! |
