Bathroom Bibliomania
Are you a bathroom reader? Can't use the bowl without a book? What do you like to peruse on the porcelain throne? What genre moves your mind as you move your bowels? Mystery? Romance? Horror? The MobileRead Forums? Do your reading preferences change with the current state of your regularity?

I used to be but no more. Stayed in Russia and it was tooo cold to have the behind exposed for anytime longer than necessary.
Plus, as it was a shared bathroom other users freely helped themselves to reading material. Just not for reading. |

There are much more comfy places to read than on the loo! I would rather be in and out in a short amount of time. High fibre diet helps here
I do tend to go in there during phone calls though. hmmmmm |

I like little bits of trivia or humour. like if someone published all of the Readers Digest little blurb things at the end of the stories, and the humour and stuff

Depends.
First, we have a calendar of Donald Duck in the toiletroom (you know, one of those daily ones, where you tear off one page a day). So, I always read at least once there. Then, we generally also have a few other comics there, so, if I stay longer than a simple nr 1, I usually read a page or two. If I expect to stay longer (you know, not feeling too good), I usually bring my Mini with me. |

Sometimes, if I'm in the middle of reading something complicated on my reader, I take that (which strikes me as rather unhygienic when I see it written down!). But I always have a Bog Book on the go, which is something moderately interesting but not interesting enough to devote extended periods of time to. At the moment it's "The Philosopher and the Wolf" by Mark Rowlands, which is about a philosopher - Mark Rowlands - and his wolf, surprisingly enough.
Can't believe I'm telling y'all what I do on the toilet |
