What is the best way to convert this book...
I try to convert Boldrin/Levine's "Against Intellectual Monopoly" (http://levine.sscnet.ucla.edu/genera...againstnew.htm) a free webbed draft of an economic refutation to state protection of intellectual property rights. It is a pdf-document with some graphs and pictures. Would you recommend pdflrf or a more indirect way via conversion to html?

Try pdftohtml (from libprs500) and see what you get. See if it's easy enough to clean up to convert to LRF. if not, use pdflrf.

Thanks! I tried pdflrf. It worksfine, except some problems with headers and footers. If I cut both pdflrf lets no space between the lines, but this is mostly an cosmetical problem. Or is there a possibility to set some space in front of the first line of a page?
