Download Pocket Google 1.0 free

Pocket Google is now available for download as a freeware and is thus replacing the stripped down version of Google.com/PDA. Pocket Google is in version 1.0 and requires Microsoft.net compact framework 2.0 to work. Also, a license key is required and is available for registered users. The API license key entitles you to 1000 queries per day.

Pocket Google is compatible with Windows Mobile 2003 SE and Windows Mobile 5.0. The freeware will automatically optimize the first page of your query to fit your screen. You can download the Cab file here and the API here.

Thanks for the post, I took a look at this at PocketGear.

Is Google planning to remove www.google.com/pda any time soon?

If I'm googling for something which I will click on anyway, I don't quite see the point of this software, as currently Pocket Internet Explorer serves the purpose well.

I guess Google just wants you to use their software instead of Microsoft. I,ve been playing with it the last couple of days and I did not find it as efficient as the pda site. It did not quite returned the results I was expecting. The same query on google's site was a hit. I thinks it's a developer stuff.
