The Righteous: 99 Cent Thriller

My thriller, The Righteous is currently on sale on Amazon for $0.99. It is a suspense/thriller set in a polygamist enclave. The Righteous was listed as a hot pick in several deal sites and I'm currently in the top 100 for thrillers on Amazon.

"Deeply engrossing! Michael Wallace delivers the thinking man's thriller while establishing one of the freshest male leads in crime fiction--Jacob Christianson, an aspiring doctor and cult elder's favored son. Jacob's analytic nature has him questioning everything, including the nature of God and the sexist politics of polygamy. It also makes him a perfect fit to track down a killer whose grisly crimes threaten Jacob's community, family, and soon, his very life."

-- Lisa Gardner, New York Times bestselling author of LIVE TO TELL.

Just went to get it at Smashwords but the price is $2.99. Are you planning to give a Smashwords discount code to bring the price to 99 cents as at Amazon and B&N?

Rhadin,

It took a little while for the price on Smashwords to change, but you should be able to get it for $0.99 now.

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to bump it instead of starting a separate thread to announce the release of book #3 of the series, The Wicked. The Righteous itself is still on sale on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Some of you probably saw the great run the series took in April and May, and total sales are well over 40,000 copies now. I have received an offer from a major publisher to acquire all five books of the series (including the two yet to be written) and hope to make an announcement soon, once details have been finalized. In the meanwhile, I hope you'll consider taking a look, while the price is still still low and under my control.

Hello:

If you decide to do it this way, then this new book must be contained only in this thread and not in a new thread - which is what you want anyway, I believe.

No problem. I thought it made more sense to use the same thread instead of cluttering up the board with a thread for each book in the series.

I also have a novella (about fifty pages) available in the series, called Trial by Fury, which is only 99 cents. One reviewer wrote about the novella, "Once again Michael's writing style is, in my opinion, flawless and fascinating."

If you are a fan of the series, you will enjoy this background on the family patriarch, that also investigates a horrific crime in the 1950s. A polygamist cold case, if you will.

Trial by Fury is currently free on Smashwords, if you are interested in giving the series a try.
