Troubleshooting Kindle PW1 Frozen

Hello, after I loaded my PW1 with Anker 24W 2-Port charger I tried to use it. But then the display got frozen and I couldn't do anything to start it again. The light is off. When I plug in the charger the power LED is lightning. But nothing else is possible.
I also tried to reset with pressing the power button more than 40s but same no go.

What can I do?

Connect it in to a computer via USB, and let it sit a few hours to overnight.

I thought it was supposed to be "plug it in to a wall charger for 24-48-more hours" for a dead condition? The computer charging is less than what you get attaching to a wall, via correct device.

Are there any lines that look funny on the screen, or does the screensaver image look normal? I'm wondering if maybe the backplane broke and therefore cannot update when you turn it on.

We always told people (on the old Kindle forums) to use the computer, but either way probably works.

I tried it many times to charge it with the computer and other chargers. but it didn't work yet. Also, did I take the battery off and tried to install a new I bought 3 years ago. But it didn't change anything. The display is still frozen on the first page of the book I opened before it stopped do anything. My Win10 computer even don't recognize any device if I put it in.
The only thing that still works is the LED on my PW1 when I plug it in. If I hold the button or 15s the LED goes off but the display doesn't do anything. I also tried to hold it for 40s and longer till 2min, always the same.

I guess it is broken now. On YT I found a tip to lay it 40min in the freezer. I did it but uncovered it from wetness. After this I put it in the charger and tried to turn it on. The display went black. I try to load the battery over a new one I sold.

I wouldn't spend any more time on that old of a device. Time for a new one, with all of the improvements it has.
