DeDRM installation problem

Noob! Downloaded Calibre 4.23. Trying to add DeDRM to covert paid for Kindle book to pdf to listen on Android. Win10 64bit. The ' __init__.py file' is definitely in the file list. Have the feeling I'm pointing to the wrong folder but unsure. Help most appreciated. Keep getting the following:

Please... Ask for help where you got the plugin. MobileRead does not allow discussion of DRM removal or the various calibre plugins that perform that function.

You're adding the wrong file. There's a DeDRM_plugin.zip file inside the one you tried to add. Use that instead.
