S&R Append function

Long story short because I'm an idiot and didn't think until now to change the import template to just <title> I currently have about 2500 books where half the title is sitting in the author field because there was a - in it. Now I've figured out how to append the author field into the title field but I can't figure out how to get the (space)-(space) back in there. I can get a , or I can get no comma and no space. I suspect there's a regex that will do what I need but anything other than the absolute basics is beyond me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can think of two ways.

This one uses append:

Thanks, Chaley. Both ways worked a treat. It never even occurred to me to use a template.
