Likebook Mars screen not updating

Hi all,

My Likebook Mars got stuck in the wallpaper screen.

Restarting or pressing the reset button does not do anything.

If I connect the device to the computer, I am able to see the files and folder from internal storage and SD card.

Did anyone had a similar problem?

Considering it will show the last thing on it with no power to it, the cable inside might be broken or came loose. If you can see the storage through usb then it is still running and do you have usb debugging on in the os perchance? Also did you drop the device at all?
