Samsung Galaxy Nexus not detected by Calibre
Helo my galaxy nexus smartphone does not suport memory card . Calibre is not detecting my phone . please help . thanks

Windows is Not detecting your phone.
If you had followed the directions, you would have posted 2 debug outputs so we could compare Connected with Not connected. You did put your phone in transfer mode? (for the when connected listing???) |

Hello i'm using windows vista ultimate 32bit. my windows is detecting my phone as "portable media player" without a letter assigned to it . what should i do to make it detect my phone properly ? thanks 4 help

The nexus runs android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). From what I understand, as of android 3 (honeycomb) google removed the ability to mount any memory, internal or sd card, as a disk. Because of this change, calibre will not detect any device running android 3 or later.

My best solution was over the air. It took me a while to find my IP addy but all done and working now . Thanks again |
