Am I able to install Coolreader on the 350?
I was just wondering if it was possible to install Coolreader onto the device or whether it comes with PRS+.

I have the reader on it's way and thought it might be prudent to get all of the files I need for it before it arrives as the age of the device may make them difficult to find.

You might want to ask this in the Sony Dev Section (right above this one). I found a thread there on how to put Coolreader on a PRS T-1.

No I don't believe that you can as Coolreader is an Android app and the T1 is Android based whereas the 350 is Sony's own software AFAIK.

Coolreader is not just an Android app, it can be compiled for many platforms. I have it on my old Hanlin V5.
