That's ... rubbish.
The 505 has 192 MB of user accessible flash memory. Which is neither "128MB of memory" nor "the same" as the 500. "800MHz Intel Celeron" -- what is this guy smoking? |

There's no harddrive, only flash memory. Maybe he mistook the USB storage interface for that. And judging by minimal changes in the kernel source, the CPU is still the same - ARM-based Freescale Dragonball MXL.
