Table of Contents only Goes to Page 1
Sometimes an ebook with a table of contents that work perfectly on my computer will only let me go to page 1 on my reader. By that I mean, every entry in the Table of Contents on the reader (for that book) is set to go to "Page 1".
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what causes it or how to fix a PDF so that it does not occur? |
