After 6.1 upgrade page numbers off
A book that was 577 pages in firmware 5.19.1055 is now 989 pages in firmware 6.1.900. The 577 is the ePub page numbering that shows up across eReaders. Is there way to make the HD3 (with 6.1.x firmware) display the right number? I'm using built-in numbering, not the page per screen setting. If not I'll have to revert to 5.19.832. I like consistency.
EDIT: This may be an issue with one specific book from Gutenburg. I tried another book, (professional one produced by Del Rey) and its page numbering matches other eReaders. Still not sure why 6.1 gets it wrong when 5.19 got it right though. Last edited by rcentros; 01-28-2021 at 08:30 AM. |
