Not had much chance lately to get anything finished, but here's three newbies for your reading pleasure (or displeasure).

Thanks again to all those who read my stuff. These stories, along with the other stuff I've mentioned but not released, will I think be the last of my writing to go up before I quit writing. So expect the novels and collections before the end of this year and then...well, then I'm thinking of making ambient techno music, or possibly basket weaving

But yes, I'm serious I'm afraid, I'm quitting once I release everything I've got backlogged and whatever I write between now and New Year. Still a lot of stuff though. Plenty to read

Time, mainly, and of course Dan Brown. I always believed that writing was the noble art of communication, much more than just entertainment, more than something to pass time or deaden the nerves against our realities. i can completely understand your discouragement, but i really think it's a shame that you should let it stop you. i've given up things i loved for lack of time and regretted it, but i do understand that. but giving up something you love because the world is populated by philistines is no good reason. please keep writing, even if it's not as much as before (for time...).

Yes, but what makes the world great for the vast majority of us is that fact that there ARE writers like you out there for US!!
