PRS-500 joystick control

I'm so sad that after a almost a year the joystick control has gone missing from my 500. I think that it came off at my home, but haven't found it yet. Fortunatly the remaining microswitch is easily triggered by my finger.

Does anyone have any experience with replacing these, or putting them back on if I find it.

I got my reader refurbished, and am out of town for the holidays so I'm not sure about the warranty.

Any advice or commiseration?

Devin
