I, too, was a simpleton (and still am in so many areas of using calibre. For example, how do I put all my almost 2,000 nook touch books on calibre? -- Anyway, I'll ask that question in a more appropriate forum).

The conversion process, however, is somewhat easy.

Don't be afraid to ask. Those in the know will be happy to walk you through it.
