Add sections to book
The Kindle previewer has two buttons "Goto Prev/Next Section".
I would like to allow the reader to use them to jump from one chapter (<h2> titles) to the previous/next. How do I create sections in a book? I tried inserting <section> or <mbp:section> elements in the xhtml source, to no avail. |

You need a Table of Contents. A properly formatted Table of Contents will do that.

Since Kindle Previewer accepts ePubs, simply create an ePub with Sigil (or Calibre Editor). This will allow you to automatically generate both NCX and HTML TOCs from your h2 headings. (Current Kindles and Kindle apps only require an NCX TOC, but if you want to publish your book via KDP an HTML TOC is also recommended for backwards compatibility.)
