Hi everyone,
I've ever used Calibre without problems with my Kindle Paperwhite before, but today (I didn't use it for a while) it seems that Calibre don't recognise the device (I have Windows 10 and the PC see it). You are not the first person who has reported that Windows 10 is not reporting their ereader as a removable drive.
Basically, it is a Windows bug. Reinstalling Windows from scratch has been suggested as a solution -- it seems the problem generally turns up on computers that were upgraded from Windows 7/8/8.1 and not cleanly reinstalld. |
