E-pub reader with ink support for Android
Is there any beast like that? You can Oren an E-pub and then using a stylus being able to ink on pages?

I didn't think there was a standard way to annotate EPUBs, but googling shows that the IDPF came up with a draft specification in May 2014: http://www.idpf.org/epub/oa/. I don't know if anyone is writing apps that follow the standard, but it's something to look for. It would make the annotations more portable between various apps.
