The story continues...

The Kindle version has a larger file size than it used to, and (judging by the sample) All the Names is now in the TOC and the overall copyright section, so the publisher may well have uploaded yet another, actually complete version. Unfortunately, there's still no update available in the Manage Your Kindle page, so those of us who've already bought the collection appear to be out of luck. But the price remains $6.60, so if you were holding off because All the Names was missing, you should be able to buy safely now.

Well that's progress anyway. Maybe the update will be coming shortly. Thanks!

One last update: I contacted Amazon's customer service to complain (through the "Contact Us" page, since there's no other way to report problems with a Kindle order), and they sent the updated version to my Kindle right away. All the Names is indeed included, and at a glance this edition remains perfect otherwise. So just send an e-mail through that link, and they should take care of the problem. And new purchasers of this great e-book deal should be fine right from the get-go.
