Saved searches crash Sigil

I just had to reinstall Windows (W10 64bit). For whatever reason, opening Saved Searches crashes Sigil. I've tried versions 0.9.10; 0.9.12; & 0.9.14 and the result is the same.
I would be very grateful for help.

Details:
Error info: Critical: QWindowsFontEngine::QWindowsFontEngine: GetTextMetrics failed ()
Sigil version: 0.9.10
Runtime Qt: 5.6.2
Compiled Qt: 5.6.2
Platform: Windows SysInfo ID 192

I think your ini files are corrupted. If so, You must use backups made before 0.9.10 (as was instructed in the Sigil-0.9.11 and Sigil 0.9.13 release notes). Perhaps someone with Windows can confirm nothing is crashing with valid ini files.

Been using many saved searches on W10 x64 without issue on the latest release over that past few days

If not INI corruption (though I suspect that's what it is), there could be some font missing from your Windows reinstall that Sigil has used for its Appearance preferences. I have know idea why (or even if) such an issue would only arise when opening the Saved Searched dialog, but before wiping out your INIs (if you don't have any uncorrupted backups to rely on) you could try resetting your Sigil prefs back to their default values first.
