The same bug that is affecting the price drops on the Today's Deals price matches, though, is affecting this and the rest of today's free books on Kindle: I can see that it is supposed to be $0.00 in the Formats area of the book's product page for US customers, but the displayed price above that hasn't dropped. Until it does, I suspect you will get charged (but could probably get Kindle Customer Service to do a refund, if you called them; at the least you can easily get a refund on the Manage My Kindle Page).
