Bulk conversion of CBR to EPUB doesn't show Comic Input options

Steps to reproduce:

Select one or more books that have the CBR format
Select "Convert Books > Bulk Convert"
Dialog that pops up does not have the "Comic Input" section

At first, I thought that perhaps one of the books didn't have the CBR format, and the dialog was therefore defaulting to some lowest-common-denominator, but all the books did have the CBR format. In fact, selecting a single book to bulk-convert produces the same dialog without a "Comic Input" section.

Of course I can convert them individually, but that's a bit tedious.

Bug? Missing feature? I'm doing it wrong?

Bulk conversion does not show input options. The options for bulk conversion of previously unconverted books are set via Prefrences->Input options https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/con...for-conversion

Im posting from in the future. Mac OS 10.13.6.
Calibre 3.48.0
Im trying to bulk convert about 1000+ CBR + CBZ comics to .pdf
When I do, to A4 the pages come out the correct width, but only 50% of the actual height- very frustrating. Any chance of a walk thru? Thankyou!
