CC does not show up on ipad 11

IOS 13.1.3. I can download it, but it doesn't create a short cut. It also doesn't show up in the apps list to create a short cut. I can only go to the app in the app store and press Open to open it. I suspect an IOS problem, but don't know how to correct it.

I would suspect that the shortcut is buried on one of the pages on your iPad. It doesn't always put the shortcut on the last page. I've had to delete and down load a couple of times due to some of the bugs in the current version of CC.

I only have 2 pages and it wasn't there. However, your answer gave me an idea. I restarted the ipad and it popped up. I'm just getting used to the new IOS, so I probably did something wrong. Thanks so much, all is solved. Well not all as CC is still crappy since the last update, but at least I can get to it!
