This short book is one of a series on World War II by the National Security Agency. As a U.S. Government publication, it is in the public domain.

Incidentally, this book is available online in the Hyperwar series. In that online presentation, it is missing a sentence on page 18. It is also available as a PDF from the NSA. That book is missing page 22. By combining both, it believe this version is complete.
