Android App to allow browse folder functionality like with PRS+?

I'm used to prs+ and loading books directly onto my 650 via windows explorer and accessing them via the browse folder option on my e-reader.

I appreciate this functionality does not exist on the T1 / T2. However, is it possible to install an app or combination of apps that mimics this functionality?

Calibre collections are okay, but IMO inferior to the above method. I don't want to go back to them.
