Plugin for readers dictionary - create flash card to anki

Hey there

Just a short question. I'd like to build a plugin for the reader. The basic idea is as follows:

- Every time I look up a word through the dictionary in Calibre I want to automatically create a flashcard in "Anki" for a given set.
- Once that would work it could be made better, i.e. through selecting the set it Anki by looking up the books tags, etc...

Would it - technically - be possible to add a plugin for the reader and catch the event?

I'm pretty new to programming and Calibre as well and would it consider to be a starting project - it can take me longer, I don't mind.

I'm afraid since the 4.x viewer rewrite the viewer has no plugin architecture. It's on my TODO list to create one, but I haven't had th etie to do it yet. You would need to modify the viewers source code to make such a change.
