Thanks from me too, Catlady! Since I have already read this book, I was looking for some supplemental material.
A tangential book that I really enjoyed was Drood by Dan Simmons. I really enjoy Wilkie Collins so this book was a delight to read. From Amazon: Quote:

I have Drood on my library wish list, but I'm somewhat turned off by the length--the audiobook is 30 hours. It's a definite maybe.

Dan Simmons is notorious for LONG books! It took me about 2 weeks to read. However, I really enjoyed it, and it left a lasting impression.

John Lee is one of my favorite narrators, but I don't have 30 hours for an audiobook what with my various goals and commitments. But I'll keep it under advisement.
