Hi,
If you don't want something 11 meg grab one of pdurrant's a drag and drop apps for Mac (see the kindle or epub forums) and there you can find examples of small Applescripts that allow drag and drop launching that can be placed in an app but be quite small in size. KevinH |

I did a google search, bash vs csh, to find out (b/c obvously its some type of shell) and my eyes are still blistering from one rant I innocently stumbled across. Apparently csh is the proverbial easy way out short-term-benefit Big Bad, at least according to one person. Now I'm afraid. Quote:
I have a .desktop launcher that is a kilobyte or two which acts as a drop target to feed stuff to the kilobyte or two ebook-edit-multiple.sh in ~/bin/ What is automator doing with the other 10.73 MB? Last edited by eschwartz; 07-31-2014 at 01:27 PM. |

You got me. I've done very little with automator, so I've never bothered to learn the ins and outs. At work I don't need to wrap stuff up into apps, I can just use scripts as-is. Alas, that wouldn't work for me at home with this script, so I learned just enough to wrap the script up and drop it in the Applications folder. |
