You mean timeout in Calibre?!
Where it's possible to configure it?
(I sometimes do get such disconnects. Usual fixes are either try again or (if it's full resync) do not FULL resyncs, do 1000-2000 books at one time)

With my Calibre installations, the connection is terminated after 5 minutes and 7 seconds.
Under Android 11 and my approximately 17,000 book library, "get list of books on device" often takes longer - the result is an error message.
This has been reported to the caliber bug tracker and this timer will be removed in the next release.
