I sent email. got stupid reply (vaguely related, must be sent by pattern matching monkeys, eg, computer AI). Told them not helpful on email they sent, included why (didn't you even read email?), asked for callback.

Suspect that gets you a second line of support, that is more able to give you things if they can't solve issues.

I still have an ongoing issue with the archives on my Kindles missing large numbers of books (you can see them on the two iPads or the website, but not on at least three Kindles, which have varying numbers of books missing). No idea if they will ever get that fixed.

I asked over in the B&N forums if today's Nook Daily Find was going to be fixed (since it isn't a deal, at all) and the only result was that I can't even find my question was in the forums (which are a pain to navigate) and they haven't updated the NDF page or the book's price. A reader commented, though, that she thought that Parliament of Whores: A Lone Humorist Attempts to Explain the Entire U.S. Government ($8.59 Kindle; $3.30 B&N), by P. J. O'Rourke, was supposed to be today's Daily Find -- there is, at least, a bargain price on it. Don't ask me, though, how she found this was "supposed" to be it, as the book I posted earlier is still featured on the B&N Nook page, the main home page (as an ad) and on the NDF official page.

I tried email support and heard nothing back. I had tried chat support before that and the person I got was clueless but tonight I decided to try chat one more time. I got someone who was very helpful and wonderful! They gave me the 50% off the right cover. So I ordered the Eco-Flip for my K4. So I am happy now!
