PRS-350 appears as a device in Sony's desktop reader (OSX)?
Quick question about Sony's reader software (OSX). When you connect a Sony PRS-350 to a desktop computer, does it appear as a device in Sony's reader software? And do you just drag and drop books between the desktop and ereader? Likewise, can you delete books from the ereader but retain them in your desktop library?

The Reader will appear as a device in the Sony desktop software. To put books on the Reader, you will need to add them to the software then drag and drop to the Reader.
You can delete books from the Reader but still have them on the desktop software. Make sure you have 'Sync' turned off as each time to connect the Reader it will attempt to automatically sync books from the computer to the Reader. |
