Is possible to install manually the new firmware 3.0.0 in the Kobo Touch N905C (low cost model)?

Thanks Lohtse, I suposse that "Mark 4 Hardware: Aura HD/Glo (N905C Model)" is for Kobo Touch N905C, ¿right? Only I try to make sure....and don't brick my KT.

yep that would be correct.... you on;y need the file relating to kobo to do update not the other folders if there are any.

For the N905C, you should use all the files in the firmware package. Unpack the zip file, and copy the contents to the .kobo directory on the device.

Weird, Kobo dekstop just upgraded to 3.5.0, and my KT ugraded to firmware 3.0, but by Glo stayed in 2.10

Is this release only for some GLO ?

The Touch is the primary target for 3.0.0. But, the other device should get it, except the Mini. Kobo order of delivery is by their partners. If you bought the two devices at different places, that would explain the difference.
