Failed: Fetch news from New York Times

For the past few days Calibre has been unable to download articles from the New York Times. Instead, I get the error message:

"Failed: Fetch news from New York Times"

Is New York Times blocking access, or can I modify Calibre somehow to enable the download?

Recipes are discussed in the Calibre Recipes sub-forum. A solution for this problem was posted in this thread 4 days ago. This solution is also already added under the title "New York Times" in version 0.7.25 of calibre.

Walt, thank you for such a prompt and specific response.

I do have 0.7.25 of calibre installed, but I still get errors when I try to fetch the New York Times. I tried to modify the script with the one on the forum you mentioned, but that generated errors as well.

Well, if you mention that you're getting errors, it might be helpful to include those errors. I believe most of us are just having their crystal balls polished.

that's the ny times top stories not the ny times and its broken. It's author is too busy to fix it, so either fix it yourself or wait for someone else to do it.
