No, NOOK GlowLight devices do not show book covers in sleep mode. When the screen/device is not in use, Barnes & Noble only shows its own wallpapers. You cannot change them.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I was hoping that by now with the new models Nook would have allowed book covers for their screen savers. Maybe some day.
