Installing Sigil. "Associate ebooks with Sigil"
What happens if I check "Associate ebooks with Sigil" "EPUB"
Is it better to check this or not? |

Its up to you. Selecting that option would make Sigil the default application for opening ePubs, so selecting an ePub in a file browser / explorer type application, would open it in Sigil.

Depends
If you read books on your PC, then I would guess the NO is you best choice... You want EPUB to open in your reader program by default. Like PeterT, I mainly EDIT the EPUB, so I chose YES. If at later time, you want a temporary, different action: right-click on the EPUB and choose: Open With: the pick the other program. |
