The u-boot command "nand bad" lists the offsets of the bad blocks.

I will do a dump of my system shortly.
nand bad does not lists anything, and I do not understand the format of the bbt commands, it does not make any sense.

Usage:
bbt show [nand | onenand] - show nand/onenand relocation table
bbt init [nand | onenand] [old | new] - init relocation table based on legacy or new BBM Policy
bbt recreate [nand | onenand] addr - rebuild the bbt by erasing the whole flash after sepecified addr
bbt convert [nand | onenand] - convert the old bbm to new bbm scheme if old existed
bbt mark [nand | onenand] addr - mark bad block

nand scrub

than

nand createbbt

nand scrub is asking for:
NAND scrub: You should specify the offset and size parameters!!!
do you know the values?

Only guessing here but would the following from your earlier post be a clue?

Ok,
I got my new PE in the mail today. The first thing I did was charge the battery and tear the damn thing apart. I hooked it up to serial and ran the bbt help. I remember now that it is a two step process. First thing you need to do is initialize the nand.
1. bbt init nand
It will scan the blocks for bad read / writes.
2. bbt mark nand
This should mark any bad blocks in the file system.
