I opened a decompressed book from OliveTree and it is encoded in a way

So I use OliveTree to do Bible studying but I'd love to read some books that I've bought in OT on my kindle paperwhite.

I went to

Code:

/Users/snowminal/Library/Containers/com.olivetree.BibleReaderMac/Data/Documents/libraries/common

and found this:

so I zipped one of the "_otPub" folders and changed the extension from zip to pub and when I opened it it looked liked this:

any idea what happened?

Apparently there are some files that store the dictionary for it? Look closer.
