Just curious if there are any ebook websites where you can pay a monthly fee for unlimited reading and such. I am envisioning something like audible.com, but for ebooks.

No, but you could check out our wiki on libraries that have ebooks. I believe New York State allows out of staters to pay a fee to access their library.

NYCPL has stopped allowing out of state cards. Others seem to be following suit.
