Unhappy Conversion Error when creating Catalog

Hi,

I'm trying to generate a catalog of books from within Calibre and running into an error repeatedly "UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 24: unexpected end of data". Please help me out. Thank you.
