Book Designer not opening?

All of a sudden my Book Designer program will not open on first launch. I get the icon in my Windows 7 taskbar, but have to right click on it and Click "Book Designer" again, to open another instance, and it will open.

Not sure what happened there. Anyone else have this problem?
