News fetching of The Financial Express(India) is failing and The Telegraph India(find attachments) is failing after downloading and conversation.

I can't find any Issue submission page on GitHub so posting it here. Thank you for making this awesome software.

The financial express is fixedas for telegraph, they have discontiued their rss feeds, so someone will need to write a parse_index() based recipe for th esite. Not something I am interested in doing.
