Suggestion - Ignore Calibre2OPDS during Check Library
The Calibre 'Check Library' function brings up the Calibre2OPDS data as being invalid and I suggest that Calibre is set - perhaps optionally - to ignore this when performing this function.

I assume that you are talking about the aditional .jpg files generated for the resized cover and thumbnail?
We have now added an option to Calibre2Opds that allows you to avoid generating these extra files and use the existing cover.jpg files. This has a small runtime penalty in that you may be downloading cover images that are not optimised to the resolution they are to be used at, but it has the advantage that you no longer get these additional files in your Calibre library so for most people the trade-off is worthwhile. |

There are only a few images in the lists from the _catalog folder - it is more the other stuff. See the attached screenshot. |

You can add to the permanent Ignore List (at the beginning) all by yourself

Is it possible I have a different version of Calibre (I have 0.8.38) or you have a plugin that changes the behaviour we are discussing? The prompt I saw and used is at the bottom of the screen which displays after you have run the Library Match Check and, it there is nothing to indicate this "to ignore" is permanent. However, it worked for me, so thank you again. |
